Effective Communication program is a 2-day workshop, which enables participants in realizing their current level in communication and what they need do to get to the desired .;As for all, communication is the key to any performance that is measured as an output – be it written or verbal. Participants will go through an interactive and yet fun filled learning session that involves one-to-one communication, communication within and between teams, experiential learning using activities/games, thought provoking table discussions, stand-up presentations, etc.

At the end of the workshop, participants would have identified their areas of improvement and also their strengths in communication. The next step will be for them to work on the areas that need improvement using the tools & learning from the session and apply them in their life constantly. Over a period of time, once practiced consistently, the outcome is rewarding in many ways.

• Participants are required to be available for 2 days (8 hours each day) for this workshop
• It would be nice to have not more than 30 participants per program
• Participants that have at least intermediate level of English knowledge would be appropriate
